This is the 3rd cordless sweeper I have bough, the other two were great but this one could not get any cheaper. the first two failed because of batteries which can not be replace. this model has a new swivel attachment on handle that makes hard to control the direction of the head, not a great update and the size is much smaller the trap door stick when you try to empty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am absolutely in love! My new bissell sweeper is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I can't believe this wonderful sweeper. I have acres of tile in my house interspersed with area rugs and my sweeper goes from one to the other with no problems. It seems to have a GPS system, as it automatically turns to fit into corners. The best thing about it is that it is so light I don't get worn out toting it around, and I just pull it out whenever I see a crumb or speck of dirt anywhere. My husband says I am obsessed with it and maybe I am! Thank you bissell-this is a lifesaver!!

We use it for quick pickups in the kitchen after feeding the cats. A little disappointed in the handling/steering of this unit. Liked the old power sweep. It does pickup well.

Fine on tile floors but otherwise forget it. I had to go over and over on hardwoods to pick up cat hair..very disappointed!!
