[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this refrigerator for 9 years and freshly loved it. The space was great, the ice maker and water dispenser held up, but the compressor died and it wasn't cost effective to replace it. I know other people had theirs die sooner, but it's really frustrating that appliances don't last 15+ years anymore!
This fridge did not last. Also it is a type of fridge that will start with minor issues that will let you believe that you can make do with it. But one day it will just stop working. And now the warranty will be expired and LG will not help.

Had to replace my old LG washer after many years and was so pleased to purchase this newer model. Always dependable & efficient. As an extra bonus, it is quiet & beautifully designed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Repairman Ferdinad came over on Sept. 1. He had no problem fixing the icemaker but he told my wife that a screw was rusting and that could result in more damage to the icemaker. He had tools with him that could have replaced the screw and NEGLECTED to do so. If this company has a conscience, you will send someone over to replace that screw for no charge. LG: you should be embarrassed.
