We're very satisfied with our LG purchase. We did look at other brands however this caught my wife's eye immediately. It definitely adds to our kitchen decor. The only thing she's doesn't favor is the lack of storage space on the doors but she can live with that. Our old refrigerator had more room on the door but it wasn't a french door model. The rest of the storage space within the refrigerator and freezer is plentiful.

The crème de crème of refrigerators. It has all the room anyone should need and then some. The freezer is wonderful! Love the double drawers. The ice maker is terrific. We love the double doors and the storage drawers. Highly recommended.

Plenty of room, adjustable shelves. Had a problem with water in the bottom of fridge compartment, easily fixed by re-seating the water filter.

I can not say enough about my LG Ref...I could not believe the room it has to store my food now...had a side by side for 10 years and this is like going from a small car to a Caddilac...unbelievable storage and freezer space...still have not been able to fill all the room in the freezer. Just overall love the style, quietness, upgrade it gave to my kitchen. I have had so many remarks about it and told them it a quality buy for their next makeovers. Think a few of them have made up their minds already. Thank you LG.....

I had issues with condensation between the doors. The water dispenser water does not come out very fast.

Most models are 36" wide. This one fits a 33" space without sacrificing any features other than the extra 3" of space. LFX25978 includes filtered water and ice (crushed or cubes), separate drawers for vegetables and fruits with individual humidity controls (lettuce stays fresher longer), adjustable shelves in main compartment and on French doors. Refrigerator magnets even stick on the sides but not on the stainless steel front. Two months in and no significant negatives. Every little fingerprint will show on the stainless surface. Frig is so quiet most times that hearing the ice drop from the tray into the bin is a little startling. If I needed a new frig, I'd buy this one again.

I always wanted a French door refrigerator and this one fit the space we had. The freezer space is great and I love the drawer. I like the three small drawers and the big drawer in the refrigerator section. We have other LG appliances and they work great.
