Overall Brother printers are reliable and supplies

Overall Brother printers are reliable and supplies cost-effective. This unit died when it was being updated and I performed another action. The unit died. Unplugging and restarting did not work. Disappointed because it was a good printer/scanner when it worked and the Brother software was intuitive.

Basically a good printer.

Basically a good printer, but problem connecting to the computer wirelessly. Printer remains humming loudly after each print job for quite a while. I sometimes turn it off because it’s annoying especially during zoom calls.

I have had this for over 10 years without a hitch. Reolaced the drum once and toner as needed, but far less often then color printers
