Good Product

My prior brother was a work horse. After 5 years it wasn't printing very clear and the software wasn't compatible with Win 7 so I opted for a new one. The only issue with the new one is I can't get it to scan multiple pages using the paper port software. Other than that it prints, copy's, and scans great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The machine is a simple machine all around to use. I hope it will hold up to time! The upper tray is flimsy when lifting to scan from the deck, otherwise I'm happy with it. The fax has issues if you have a multiple faxes that share the same line. And issue Brother can not seem to fix! Toner useage seem good so far.

Does not have PCL drivers, not all programs will print to this. Careful. Buy the next model up, way better machine.

Office Quality at a Home Price

I bought the MFC-7460DN primarily for fast scanning and paper handling. The ADF works extremely well, even with badly crumpled paper.(not recommended by Brother) Setting up scan to PC in a multi user environment is amazingly simple. The duplex printing was an added bonus that so far has worked without a hitch. The print engine seems capable of performing well in a small office envirionment. In general, this MFP works as well as many MFP's that cost twice as much.
I would recommend this to a friend!
