Good product

The product is good, but the settings are little complicated. I bought it four months back, but until now not able to set up the wireless connection. The instructions are very confusing. Otherwise performance is very good. However, the price is high. Not worth for the price.

I OWNED THIS PRINTER FOR APPROIMATELY 6 MONTHS NOW AND LOVE IT. SO FAR NO PROBLEMS.
MY PRINTER IS LOCATED IN ONE ROOM AND MY PC IS IN ANOTHER ROOM APPROXIMATELY 35 FEET AWAY AND STILL PRINTS GREAT WITH NO PROBLEMS.

I've had the machine about 3 months and it has worked flawlessly. It's so much quicker and quieter than my old Lexmark. Also, after using this laser I'll never go back to an inkjet.

This one replaced my previous Brother!

Our 7420 started to squeak after years of service so we bought the 7860. The scanning software is much easier to use than the previous version and now we feel we can clearly justify purchasing a new machine (the old one still works). Still makes the lights flicker when it starts to print just not as bad as the 7420 did. Great quality printing! We are firm believers in Brother!!!

Second Brother all-n-one. Replaced only because I wanted wireless. Excellent product previously had hp's but prefer the brother as the brother are more reliable and have better performance.

I will keep it short and to the point. Wonderful customer service to assist me with original wireless setup on three computers. Instructions emailed to me so I can easily complete set up in the future if necessary. Clear, fast machine at a very fair price. My experience with Brother products have shown me that Brother makes machines that last. Heck I have a Brother Typewriter with white tape erase and printer cassettes I keep on hand because it still works perfectly. Others I know are very pleased with this machine and Brother as a company as well. All my experiences have been positive. I have owned the machine for almost 5 months so far. Good company, Good product. P.S. My Daisy wheel 3.5 disk Brother is most likely still working in someones home after I donated it in perfect working order more years ago then I can remember.

Good All In One, But it STINKS

Print quality and scanner are fine. Envelope printing is cumbersome because you need access to the back of the printer for removing printed envelopes. This restricts printer placement options.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
