Great wireless

Bought for wireless and copier functions, along with its laser printing for cost. Has copied well, and fairly fast. Wireless set up was accomplished without problems. Fast printing from wireless laptops. Has made it much more convenient for laptop printing anywhere close to the house. No problems at all, well pleased. (Have had for 2 months) Appeared much better built than some of the other multi function copiers with loose and sloppy lids.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Printer

I purchased this printer to complement a color inkjet that prints well but is too expensive for printing day to day items that I need for only short term purposes. It also does a great job printing manuals since it seems most products no longer come with them but rather with a link to where you can print one if needed. The installation was a breeze and connectivity via wifi is great. I've only had one connectivity problem and that was caused by the wifi gear and not the printer. Print quality and speed are both good. It is noisy while printing but quickly goes to sleep when the job is done and is unnoticed. I am a happy customer. The starter cartridge lasted me well over a month so I am optimistic that it will be economical on the use of toner.

Very good printer for the price, a little noisy but speed and print quality very good. Set up and installation was a breeze. Able to use all features Fax, scan etc. I work at home and like the fact that I can multitask with others on my network.

One of the best printers available

This is an excellent printer for the money. The print quality is perfect and the scanner is quite easy to use. My only gripe is that it's very noisy if it's located right next to you.

Good hardware, terrible software

The quality of the hardware is excellent. Good print quality, good scan quality. Auto-feeder works well, never had a paper jam for scanning or printing.
Software is unfortunately terrible. Any change in the network requires the whole suite of software to be reinstalled, there is no option to change the printer IP address, etc. The software is also very poor at recognizing the machine on the network. When trying to print, the machine will (often) appear "offline", even when it is recognized by the router and responding to "ping". Powering off the machine and powering it back on sometimes will help, but is a significant frustration for daily use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
