Poor design on vegetable drawers

I just moved to Guatemala and had a Whirlpool Fridge in the States.. loved my refri, So I bought another whirlpool with freezer on the bottom for my new home. It has some very cool features and a perfect water dispenser for here (you add your own filtered water to a dispenser inside the fridge.) The freezer seems well insulated and has drawers. What I am super disappointed about is, there is a lot of condensation that develops under the glass shelves in the fridge area. I have adjusted the temp controls and also had a whirlpool tech come out, but it still doesn't function properly. There is so much condensation that ice develops on the bottom back area area of fridge. Twice a day, I must wipe off the bottom of glass shelves and every couple of day remove the ice.
Help... I would really like to enjoy my new refrigerator
