Will Not Retain Heat

I bought this a month ago. Once you preheat the oven to let's say, 350....place your dish in the oven, within five minutes the temp is 330. It keeps decreasing after that. Now, I preheat the oven to 370, for a 350 dish, and then the oven might stay nearer to 350. Sounds messed up, doesn't it? Also, had the unit serviced last week. Calibrated and still does the same thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using this product since 3/2014. We love it. Its easy to use once you read the manual or at least the quick guide. My husband who only cooks eggs can use this product.

Wife wanted a double oven. This appliance more than fits the bill for a second oven even though it's also a microwave. We are doing most of our cokking in this appliance. It's quite versitle.

Handy to have in the Kitchen

We opted for this instead of a second oven. I'm really satisfied with it, but admittedly I have only used it the last few days. The preset options for cooking are very convenient. The microwave cooked bacon perfectly and evenly this morning. I'm excited to try all the speed cook recipe options and save time in the kitchen. We have it installed above a GE wall oven and it looks very sharp.

This Speed oven is the best unit I have ever used. It's sensor microwave options are amazing & takes the guess work out of things. We love the preset cooking options for steaks because they come out better than restaurant quality. We have literally stopped going out for dinner because the Advantium makes everything better than any restaurant can and at a much lower cost. It will certainly pay for itself over time.
