Workhorse for our cookie business

Great oven, we have a home business making cookies and we can cycle 4 sheets through this double oven using the multi-rack setting. The only minor complaint is the user interface for the timer and the fact that it doesn't switch to a second countdown for timer values less than 10 minutes.

Not what I expected

The oven runs 25 degrees hotter than the setting, it is very difficult to take the ovens racks in and out, the oven probe is too short - you have to have the meat sitting in the upper third of the oven, and it came with a dent on the inside of the door so I can't lock the oven for cleaning. When I try to change the temperature during cooking, it seems to have an electronic glitch that keeps setting the temperature to 175, instead of what I am entering.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
