I have this about 6 weeks replacing my 17 yr old GE oven. I love the double oven feature, it also cooks true to temperature. I used it for Thanksgiving and my turkey came out terrific-nice and juicy but crispy skin. The spills wiped up really easily also. It also sends alerts to your smart phone which my husband loves.

Everything I have made in my new oven has come out great! Even when I used multi rack convection baking all of the items were evenly bakes and delicious.

Exactly As Hoped for

I am by no means a "handyman" and had planned on this taking me several days to install but to my surprise it was in and being used in about 2 hrs. We love the oven, the double oven with its own convection is great but it is also nice to be able to turn the oven on "traditional" mode so that the cookies aren't completely cooked (we like them almost raw in the middle). People said it would take time to learn to cook with the convection oven but we didn't have any learning curve at all. We haven't gotten the wifi connected yet but only because I haven't had the need to use it.

I've had my double ovens for less then a month but so far I absolutely love them! Not only do they look good, but seem to work well too. I just connected mine to the internet app and like the idea that I can start it if I'm out and running late getting home. I also like that I can use them as convection or regular ovens. They will also proof bread! There are two ways to clean them, either steam or high heat. I love how much these ovens will do.

Seems like strong words, I know, but I do a lot of baking and depend on a properly working oven. I previously owned a GE double wall oven with convection and loved it, so I didn't hesitate to purchase another. This oven does not keep the proper temperature. I purchased an oven thermometer to check it and have followed the manual to adjust the temperature.The convection oven does not work properly. My previous experience was putting in three racks of cookies and taking them all out at the same time perfectly baked. This oven using the multi rack convection feature, an upgrade from my previous oven, burns the cookies on the bottom rack, the top rack cookies aren't quite done and the middle rack has not even begun to cook. Now I don't know what to do short of purchasing a new oven only 9 months later.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the GE Brillon App!

We bought this product 2 months ago, and have used it more in 2 months than I used my last oven over the past 2 years! I love that I can pre-heat it with the app and it is ready for me to put dinner in when I get home from work. Great even heat for baking too!
