I especially like the proof option to raise dough. It works great! I'm still experimenting with the convection option.

This oven has been well thought out. I particularly like the multi-level lighting which allows the entire cavity to be lit regardless of pan placement. It is intuitive to operate. I love the easy moving racks. And it even cooks! I've been using this for about 5 months and still smile at all the "music" the ovens make as different tones alert you to what is happening.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Upscale Doublle Oven

Bought this 3 months ago in preference to the GE Cafè series due to appearance, and other reviews. CNET review rated this higher than many more expensive double ovens. iPhone app for controlling oven and notifying you of preheat, timer, Etc, is great. Lights inside oven are so bright , they could cause night blindness. Overall, great upscale addition tip grade your gourmet kitchen

I Love this Oven!

I have been using this oven for a few months and everything comes out perfect! You have to try to even burn anything. It really does everything is says it can do. It is so easy to use and cleans up so easy. After so much cooking already mine still looks like new inside and out. It makes the most pleasant tones to let you know when it is preheated, the timer has one minute left and when the timer is done. This is my third double wall oven and it has put the others to shame. Every time I cook in it I remark how much I love it! My husband might complain about my repeating myself but the food just comes out so great he can't bother. I just cooked a Turkey which was my true test. It was perfect! A 20 pound Turkey in just 31/2 hours cooked to perfection, the probe was easy to use too! Do not hesitate to buy this oven, you won't be disappointed!
