Toothless toothbrush

I wanted to talk to Braun about this but if you look around this web-site their is no 'contact us' option. That says a lot about their customer care. I want to go on record that every replacement head that I have used fior my Braun Oral-B electric toothbrush ( with the timer ) has had the same problem.
I bought , probably, a dozen or so after the initial purchase of the unit which comes with one or two heads. I assumed that the heads were the product of a bad run and that surely a name like Braun would have higher quality standards.
Not the case I am sorry to report. EVERY head I have used and there is a number stamped on the back : DD2237H1 , have the same problem: The bristles fall out!
It is akin to eating fish with the bones left in ! One finds oneself spitting out bristles 2 - 3 times even before the timer has a chance to go off.
I have switched to a much less $$ 'Spinbrush' and not ever - even once - have I had a bristle come away.

why can, t I find toothbrush replacement heads.

I would like to find replacement heads in stores. This toothbrush is not to hard on you teeth and you can use it daily without losing your teeth from harsh rotations.
I would recommend this to a friend!
