Disappointing.

I received this blender as a gift from my partner and I've tried to love it but the only function I feel it works well for is making smoothies. It's very difficult to clean (the warm water, drop of dish soap and blend on low suggestion doesn't always work), the lid pops open frequently, when attempting to use the grind function you have to constantly open it, scrape the contents down and start again repeating this multiple times. The removabable blade is virtually impossible to clean in some areas. I searched for other ways on the internet to give this blender a proper clean (especially the blade) and other users have felt the same. For the price, I suppose it does the trick but if I could have returned it, I likely would have chosen a different blender.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality is questionable

It says its dishwasher safe but its not, the main jug warped and the lid doesnt fit properly and now the center blade assembly wont spin when turned on, the motor turns fine but the center blades seem to have sheared a pin or something else is wrong with the shaft, Of course replacement parts are not available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My daughter purchased me this blender and she's heart broken and so am I that it just stopped. I thought perhaps I didn't use it enough. I have other individual cup blenders so this one was mainly used when making for more than one person. It's been out for the year and I was hoping I would find a fix solution. I do like it, just disappointed with the lifetime.

Cracked after 3 months of using

Blender cracked in multiple spots after 3 months of use. Absolutely ridiculous as I only used it for smoothies. I would avoid this company as they seem to have dropped the ball on quality. The part is also “not covered by warranty!

I have been through many blenders and this one is by far the best for smoothies! Very simple to set up and use, does a great job crushing ice and frozen fruit
