Have not been able to use for weeks

Have had this unit for 6 weeks and it has already had two service calls!! We installed it and ran 4 small loads with no issues, week later go to use it and nothing, dead. Called service,got tech out, control unit board dead, order part, (another week) service came installed, dryer works again. ran three loads next day. Again no issues, ran flawless. Then four days later dryer is dead, no response. Called service, came out, found the control panel now is bad, order part, now waiting for part and service to again fix it. So recap, we got this unit, ran normal ,died, fixed, ran normal, died, now again we are without use of this unit which is sad cause when it runs, its a fantastic machine but I fear we have a lemon ( I do not use this term easily) and will not be happy with it based on quality. When installing the pedestal, we could hear screws or something inside rattling inside so maybe its a ground wire or something has came loose. Frustration and not having a dryer that works has been most painful. Hope this next service call will be last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far very happy with it, no issues. Always used Whirlpool for washer & dryer, they are dependable & sturdy

Do not like this dryer and I am sorry I bought it.It has been replaced once within the first month.The dryer shuts off too quickly and sometimes will shut off as you push the start button.On -thenimmediately off.Will NEVER but another Whirlpool product againI tell everyone not to buy this.The chime sounds silly tooAll categories rated poor. Of course, this part of the rating page doesn't work either,

Overall very happy great product. Only tiny gripes are Main knob sticks out and when I walk by it grabs me haha! I also wish they had some type of semi dry cleaning mode and / or pillow / stuffed animal cleaning mode. other than that love them !!!!

This is the best washer I've had. I am so happy. My clothes come out almost dry. I love that it's an he. I also love that it is an energy star.

We have had such wonderful results using this new dryer. It has saved us so much on our energy bill, and takes less time to dry clothes and NO SHRINKAGE!! I love the steam option for those times that I forget the clothes for days, and with a 15 minute cycle they look ironed. Love it!
