Amazing Phone

I love this phone. I have not had any problems with it. Great battery life, and has the option to keep an eye on what percentage the battery has left. Couldn't be happier with this phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Brand new phone and won't turn on.

I just got this phone yesterday and now it won't turn on or charge. Less than 24 hours old. I will be taking it back to the store, but I think it is ridiculous that a phone this new stops working and now I have the hassle of trying to get it back in. Very disappointing.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My phone constantly overheated. And it is not just that phone is hot, it is very hot and becoming unpleasant to hold the phone. Phone is losing battery quickly. Today, in 3 hours my phone lost 60% of charge. Phone was not in use at all and all background apps were closed.
I like the phone and functionality, but battery not holding charge and phone overheating issues are big problems with this phone.
I even got new battery, but issue is the same with the phone.
I switched from iPhone 4 and very disappointed as I never experienced any kind of hardware related issues with my iPhone.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, overheating, battery losing charge quickly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product provided great pictures until the first part of July 2014 when an update was done to the phone, now the product will not zoom in either the photo or video mode. Have taken it back to the store and all they can tell me is that the update must have done something to the phone. They said Samsung dose things like this all the time.
It would be great if the next update would be released soon and that would restore the zoom feature that was removed.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

Lightweight phone with good features

I have been a long time samsung customer and found the phone to be just what I need. fits in my hand and overall features are good. The battery though seems to be an issue as its drains fairly quickly and if the device gets warm then battery life doesn't last long.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Samsung Galaxy S4 mini is a good phone. But it has some pretty bad UI parts, at least in comparison to MIUI. It is a good phone but the UI is lacking, and some features are not here.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Not high def, Did not meet expectations

first smart phone

For my first smart phone, it was a great choice. It was pretty easy to get into its format and see how it handles, so I'm happy. Only thing is that it was pricey, but it was a gift so it's all good.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: expensive
I would recommend this to a friend!
