Do not get the black ice!

We purchased the refrigerator after ours stopped working, it works great. My problem is with the black ice finish. Simply moving a magnet causes scratches to it. I was very disappointed about this I can only imagine what the stove looks like after a cleaning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great refrigerator

I love the clear shelves and drawers and the lighting throughtout that makes the contents of every shelf and drawer of the refrigerator visible from top to bottom.Nearly 30 cf of space gives me plenty of room for storage.Glass shevles in the freezer are another nice feature.The only thing I would change is the single digital button that is shared by the cubed ice and crushed iced with the water. not as user-friendly as would be if the water had a separate button.

Looks nice with lots of storage

I've had this fridge for about a month. Like the other reviews said it needs another shelf in the door. I was replacing a whirlpool fridge so I just took one of those shelves out and used it in the bottom, and good to go for that one. (You can also order an extra shelf if you wish) However if you have a large family and drink iced sweet tea or other iced drinks, be aware it does not make much ice at all. You would need a second source of ice if that is the case. I have a second fridge in my utility room with an ice maker as well which makes much more ice and larger cubes than the newer one. But other than those two things, it has been a really great fridge.It holds sooo much food and keeps the food very well and when you live where there is quite a drive to get groceries or have a large family perfect!!!Overall so far I REALLY like this fridge better than any that we have owned. The lighting is exceptional, the quality (which is hard to find these days) is really good. And thanks so much for getting that water filter off the floor and easier to change every 6 months!!!! LOVING the new air freshner, YAY!! The sound is no more or no less than any other fridge I have ever owned, its fine.I would have given this fridge 5 stars all the way except for needing another shelf in the door and not making enough ice.And last but not least, function is great, but this fridge Looks so Good, it is a great addition to your kitchen. Since we seem to be in there so much that is really a plus too.

Big one with lot of good features

Good one with lot of new features. But the vegetable/crisper bins were broken when delivred. I think they would have made a little bit sturdy.I got a new one (with 1 year warranty).

When we purchased our home the builder threw in this refrigerator for free. It's a great appliance, we just wish the shelves were more adjustable. The shelves surrounding the snack drawer can not be moved and result in wasted space. We use it for water bottles but it should be movable so we can use it more efficiently.

Great Refrigerator

We've had the Whirlpool? 30 cu. ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator (White with stainless steel handles) for about 2 months. We love the capacity of the refrigerator / freezer and the side-by-side design. The freezer capacity is the best we could find in any refrigerator, which was important to us as we do not have room for a separate freezer. We do not like the design of the French-door units which require searching for frozen food within the lower drawers. The LED lights provide superior lighting throughout the unit. Overall, we are very pleased with the refrigerator thus far. Unfortunately, I believe this unit has been discontinued.

Great product with all the great essential features

I have had this refrigerator for over a month now and really happy with it. Plenty of storage capacity, very nice LED lighting inside, and great handle design. I don't mind about sound. It replaced my LG side by side 6yrs old refrigerator. I am really happy with the capacity and overall storage/shelving design. Also with removable ice cube bin, I think it is a great feature.
