Positives about our new refrigerator.

Like all of the features. Ice tray in door gives more room in freezer. Water and ice dispenser taller allowing larger glasses as well as bowl for larger quantity.. Clear baskets so can see contents without openings. Adjustable shelves. Runs very quiet I Guess can tell we like it.

Everything is great except the noise!

I read the reviews about this unit and it's smaller version having a very loud icemaker and being loud in general. I didn't pay attention because I know all icemakers in the door are loud (and this one is but I expected it... it's in the door!). I shouldn't have ignored the complaints about the loud motor vibration sound, especially when it kicks on. This unit is VERY loud. If noise bothers you, this is a bad choice. Otherwise, perfect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Refrigerator works well

Refrigerator works well, but the shelf design was a little lacking. Some of the shelves are too close together, with no way of moving them to a better location. Other than that, no issues at all.

Best Refrigerator Ever!

We had put off buying a new refrigerator for over a year. Our old refrigerator, also a Whirlpool, just refused to die, even though it was over 25 years old. We had plenty of time to look at all the models and features. We decided on the Whirlpool 30 cu.ft. side-by-side for several reasons: the roominess, the clearly visible drawers, the bright lighting, storage in the door, the water/ice in the freezer door, and the quality of the Whirlpool brand. (I really like getting crushed ice!) We have not been disappointed!! The ease of accessing things in our fridge is great. It was a great deal, too! We're very satisfied, longtime Whirlpool customers!

Love my new Whirlpool Refrigerator

We are so happy with our new Whirlpool Refrigerator. My favorite feature is the roominess. While the outside size of the refrigerator is not much larger than our previous refrigerator, the inside room seems so much larger. We can easily fit large trays of food with no problem. Another favorite feature is the ice and water dispenser. We have so far been very pleased with the operation of this feature.

6 days after this fridge was installed, the ice-maker leaked all-over my hardwood floors and ruined them. This was a lot of water, streaming out of the water dispenser area, not just a few drops. After 3 repairs and three more leaks, I finally had to return this unit and purchase another brand. This was unfortunate, because I truly loved the interior shelves and the space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
