Bad Layout

I bought this a month ago, it appears to work fine except for some design defects. I had techs out twice for door adjustment, the refer side door just opens rapidily, does not have any stops at around 90 degrees. A plastic cam supposed to do the job, not really. Layout of ice/water confusing, people don't know to cycle thru bar below ice symbol to get water. Need 1 more drawer on side door to hold soda, water, pickles and so forth.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This basic looking refrigerator is packed with pleasant suprises! Beautiful lighting, sturdy shelving and ROOM! My goodness at the room! Storage drawers in both the refigerator and freezer keep both sides neat, organized and accessable! Love, love, love my new Whirlpool 30 cu ft fridge!!!!

We bought refrigerator several months ago. We are extremely happy with the purchase. The clear glass shelves are very practical and easy to clean. The refrigerator and freezer are very spacious and meet all our family needs.

Huge capacity, works great

We've had this new refrigerator for over a month and there is nothing I'd change. Some reviews complained about its noise or ice making capacity, I don't know what they expected. It's as quiet as any fridge we've owned and we haven't run out of ice. The ice/water dispenser took a bit to get used to, but seems to be fine. The interior lighting means no dark corners for food to hide. The freezer is excellent in size and drawer layout. Glad we have it.

We have really fallen in love with our new "black ice" Whirlpool refrigerator. It is the center of attention in our kitchen. This refrigerator replaced a 20 year old white side-by-side whirlpool that is still being used by our daughter's family.the depth of the storage shelves is unbelievable. We have room on our top shelf for 4-1 gal jugs of milk AND still have shelf space left!the different storage compartments amongst the shelves make the food storage so versatile. Short packages, such as egg cartons and lunch sized leftover containers have a shelf for themselves. We love it!When the refrigerator door is opened, the interior LED lighting brighten slowly as if they were spotlights shining on the star of the show! But, with good reason, it is the "STAR" of our kitchen!

Ice maker / dispenser not ready for prime time

We bought this for it's freezer space. That part and the refrigerator space are great. Only real problem is the door-mounted ice-maker. It produces enough ice, but the ice clumps up solidly within a day or so. This prevents the ice dispenser from working. Very frustrating.The suggested temperature setting for the refrigerator sometimes freezes the food.Re recommending it to a friend - hard to say since the model is no longer being made and the ice maker / dispenser is frustrating at best.

Whirlpool refrigrator 30cu.ft. was so big now i have more room to store all kinds of my food. Now i can see all the food in my frig with all the lighting and see threw shelves and draws makes it easy to go right to what i want,
