Great wrinkle remover

I really like the steam feature for removing wrinkles when the clothes have been left in the dryer.

I spent weeks pouring over Consumer Reports articles and online reviews when I was looking for my first Washer/Dryer set. I didn't want to waste money on something that wouldn't perform or would only last me a few years. Purchasing a high-efficiency machine is definitely an investment, but Whirlpools are WORTH IT! I chose this model over all others because not only did it have one of the best efficiency/performance ratings, but it had THE best consumer rating.I've had my machines for about three months now and I could not be happier with my purchase. Having lived in apartments for the last five years using the commercial machines in the basement or the bottom of the line units in the apartment, my clothes have taken a beating... With normal/commercial dryers, they use excessive heat and often have one setting - HOT. With the Whirlpool dryer, I can select what I'm drying, how long I want it in there, how dry I want it, etc. The "Sanitize" cycle is one of my favorites - I like clean sheets and when I run them through the "Sanitize" cycle I KNOW their clean and they come out with a nice soft, fresh feel.This dryer is also a really good size. There are some really excessively large machines out there nowadays, but for my needs this machine is more than fine.And finally, I have to speak to the efficiency. The machine is quiet, it drys quickly and evenly and uses about half the amount of electricity of a standard dryer.I highly recommend any of Whirlpool's products - what a great brand!

Great dryer

We have a busy household with lots of laundry. We've only had the dryer for a few months now, but it has been great. The only time it didn't work right was when the blankets and sheets got tangled into a big ball, and the center didn't get dry.

Love my new washer

My last washer and dryer were front loaders from another company that did not clean our clothes. I wasn't sure about buying another set of front loaders but once I got to the store and talked with the salesman I thought I would try the Whirlpools. I have been very happy and once I figured out the different washing cycles I needed to use for the farm clothes it has been wonderful. I can save time putting more clothes in each load. The dryer works very well and dries using less time.I also love the delayed start, it allows me to have the wash done when I get home and can put the next load in before dinner. Saves tons of time!

Love my washer and dryer set

I never realized the difference was so big in a good washer and dryer!! I was living on the mainland and had purchased a set of whirlpool duet washer and dryer front load and totally loved them! I had them for about 2 years before we moved to Hawaii and didn't move them with us. The house that we moved into had what appeared to be a nice washer and dryer. But when I started using it, it took forever to wash the clothes, and was really hard on the clothes, it was wearing the clothes out very fast. The washer broke down, and decided to replace them instead of fix it, and purchased the whirlpool duet front load set and Wow, it cut down my laundry time by alot, and the clothes look and smell really good when finished!!
