One problem

My clothes don't seem to dry quickly. They come out of the washer light not really wet. I put them in dryer and they need a least 25 minutes to dry. I have always dried my clothes on low because of instructions on label. On low they still dried quicker. Im afraid its costing me more because I have the machine on longer.

This is a great dryer, easy to use,great functions, the steam refresh is awesome. I am a guy and not into ironing clothes but with the steam refresh I can toss a shirt and jeans in for 10 min and put them on and out the door!!!! The only con I have would be that it tends to ball up sheets and comforters so 1/2 way through the dry cycle I tyke them out and un roll them and finish drying them.

Purchased in July! Very happy with the product. Purchased the pedestal base as I have Meneire's and it is difficult to bend down. My grandson Tyler commented that he had never seen a washer and dryer as tall as his grandma!

This dryer is easy to operate, quiet, and I love the interior light. The sensor works well as clothes are thoroughly dry but not over done.

Clean clothes!!!

At first, I was skeptical because such a small amount of water was going into the washer, but I was so impressed how clean and white my clothes came out. The length of time it takes to do the loads is longer than my old washer but considering the amount of time I had to soak or re-wash things to get them "clean", I'm VERY pleased!! And, very impressed!

Perform as expected and hoped for

we replaced a competing brand washer and dryer about 3 months ago. Although only 8 1/2 years old, replace parts were not available. We have prior years experience with Whirlpool and typically got at least 12 to 15 years of dependable service and never had a problem with parts availability when a problem did occur. Thus, we returned to Whirlpool for this purchase. Both washer and dryer have performed to expectations, which was for exceptional washing and drying of all types of clothes. All the specialty cycles have performed as expected, which is all that anyone can ask.Keep up the good work!
