Convenient Choices

I bought a stackable Whirlpool washer/dryer set in November of 2013 after years of using standard washers and dryers. I read the manual carefully, wondering how I would adjust to the different controls and increased features in these sets. But after using the new machines a few times, I have found that changing the settings is quick, and the ability to use more precise settings for clothes and bedding, including steam sanitizing when I want it, results in better care of the clothing and fresher smelling laundry. I'm very happy with the choice.

I never thought laundry day could be so easy. Technology has indeed improved this chore. Now the clothes don't shrink, not too hot, less wrinkles, reduced ironing. I am impressed!

We love our new Duet washer and dryer overall. A couple small things have made themselves apparent, however. The washer can leak a bit of water out of the front door, it seems a little as a few hairs can be enough to cause an imperfect seal. The only other thing is that sometimes I get the feeling that the hatches might be a little cheap. I want to close the door and feel good about closing it - I don't always get that feeling. Other than that, they are great!

I bought this just over a month ago and it is so quiet when it runs. I love the fact that I can adjust the volume levels to let me know when the cycle is finished.

Best Purchase I Ever Made

I purchased the washer/dryer pair and am very happy with my purchase. I was worried about the odor that some front loader washers can have, but have had no odor whatsoever. The only thing I don't like about the washer is that the detergent drips out into the floor if I open the door to add clothes after putting the detergent in, and YES, the washer is balanced properly! This is not a problem that makes me regret the purchase in any way, I just add the detergent after I make sure all the clothes are in.
