Easy and great functions

Purchased a month ago and so far the washer and dryer have changed my mind on front load machines. This dryer seems to be energy efficient, great functions, and leaves the clothes not as wrinkled as other dryers I have used... AND has NOT shrunk anything yet!! Best perk ;)

EASY CONTROL DIALS AND EASY LENT CLEANING

I bought the dryer about a month ago and I am very pleased with my decision. We bought a WHIRLPOOL washer about a year ago and I am very pleased with it also. We bought the WHIRLPOOL refrigerator last year with the French doors and extra drawer. I especially love it and use the crushed ice maker every day.

Love my new dryer!

I've had my new Whirlpool Duet dryer for two months, and I enjoy it every day. It provided an unexpected service on its first use. The "Check Vent" light kept going on. At first I thought it was due to an error in installation, but I discovered that our dryer vent was completely clogged. I had previously cleaned the portions within easy reach, of course, but I had no idea that the entire length was clogged--a significant fire hazard! I credit my new dryer with preventing a potential disaster. And besides that, it dries clothes very well in a fraction of the time it took my old dryer--a real energy and time saver. The four baffles, instead of the typical three, seem to make a significant improvement in effectiveness. I like the front lint filter. It is both easier to access and much more efficient than a top filter. I also appreciate the variety of settings available. The moisture sensors have been helpful in preventing me from over-drying clothes. And as one who has very little time for ironing, I think the Wrinkle Shield with steam is fantastic! The only thing I don't love is the fact that even brushing the front controls can activate them and thus change the settings--not to mention little hands that love to touch the controls in order to listen to the sounds they make. However, Whirlpool anticipated these possibilities and has already provided the solution: the Control Lock button.Problem solved! I am so glad I made the decision to purchase this dryer.

Sooo Quiet

I bought this about 2 months ago and am certainly glad I did. It runs so quiet, is easy to use and has more features than I have used, but those that are used work perfectly.

Needed to replace both washer and dryer because we had purchased a combination washer and dryer(stack unit) only 6 years ago and the washer had some major repairs that didn't make any sense to repair. We were able to purchase full size washer and dryer and we love the size, and quality of the machines!

Easy to use!

This product was so easy to figure out! It sometimes needs more time to dry things- rather than always being right by the sensor. Also, could be quieter. Both not too bad of issues;) Bought at a great price too compared with other brands!

The washer is relatively easy to use but the door handle is surprisingly inadequate. The cycle options are good and both washer and dryer are supposedly saving energy. Overall however, both are not very easy to use and somewhat expensive.
