Lives up to expectations

I replaced my 10 year old whirpool duet electric dryer with this new one and really love how well it works. Clothes dry quickly and the many features are really nice. The only thing I would rate less than stellar is that the controls are flush with the front of the machine making it easy to turn it on when you accidently brush up against it. Doesn't make it start to run, but turns it on to await you pressing the buttons to select features, etc. Other than that, I'm extremely happy with it.

I have had this unit one month now and have no reason to complain about it's functionality. It is a great dryer, and the steam option is great for my hats and shoes!

Whirlpool makes awesome appliances it is all I have ever owned in my homes. The new technology you have added with the ease of use is amazing. The steam option in both the washer and dryer is the best feature ever invented and it works great. I am building a house very soon and my entire house will be equipped with whirlpool appliances. The energy I save with these appliances and the ease of understanding how energy efficient my selections are makes these products even more reliable and easy on the purse.

Still loving Whirlpool

I bought this washer to replace my 15 year old Whirlpool Duet. (Old one went to son). The delayed wash feature enables me to wash my clothes at a time when my energy costs are lowest.but even the greatest energy cost savings are not relevent if it doesn't get the clothes clean. My clothes come out like new.

Great Washer and features

After having my original Whirlpool Duet Washer and Dyer for 10 years, the washer needed replaced. I shopped other brands, reviews of them and prices. The Duet, quality features were priced best. I chose to buy the matching pair again. The touch buttons are cool and the cycle selection options are great. Even better, the pedestals from the 10 year old Duet's fit the new washer and dryer. Thanks and that saved me $500. I have owned Whirlpool's my entire life and very pleased with the performance. I will say these are a little louder than the original Duet's I am replacing.
