I bought this appliance in June 2014 paired with the washer. I absolutely love its performance and all the features. It is quiet, dries the laundry thoroughly and doesn't fill my laundry room with excess lint which is what my former, aged dryer did.

super happy with this dryer! we've had a whirlpool washer and dryer for years. last month our dryer went out and it was a no brainer to first look at whirlpool products again 1st. we were pleasantly surprised to find the duet model was still out there. we checked it out and it had some great upgrades from our old duet dryer. we didnt have to look any farther and bought it on the spot! we're very happy with the purchase!thanx whirlpool!!!

Good dryer with new technology

I have had this dryer for a few months now and it works well. We did have to have the motor replaced but that was free since it was under warranty. I think that had to do with the environment it was in at the retailer for over 2 years without being run before it was sold.

Great Dryer with Unique Settings

This is the first dryer that I have had of this kind and great quality and I am very impressed. The unit is very quiet and efficient and I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new dryer. The wrinkle free settings are the best. No more shaking and untwisting clothing that have just come out of the dryer. Now they are wrinkle free as soon as the dryer stops. I truly enjoy this dryer and I am sure everyone who purchases one will.

Whirlpool Duet Steam Front Load Electric Dryer works great

The Whirlpool Duet Steam Front Load Electric Dryer is a very easy to use machine that provides very economical drying support (i.e. savings on my electric bills per month) as well as a wrinkle shield option. This option is especially important for me as I am someone who DOES NOT iron clothes at all and I can easily now dry a nice dress shirt or pair of pants without fear of having wrinkles all over the place. The dryer is very quiet and the times of the cycles are clearly displayed and accurate. Cant be more happy with this purchase!

This was the first drier that I have ever owned and since my husband and I purchased it, I have not been able to leave it alone. Washing clothes has become my favorite thing to do...just because I know that I'll get to use my drier after the washer stops. I cannot believe how great this machine is! I'll never forget my first drier, that's for sure. Thank you Whirlpool company!
