I bought this dryer to match the washer purchased last year. A bit pricey! But, it seems to be working well. Hopefully, this unit will last a life time for the cost. Always have purchased Whirlpool products.

Best choice of front loaders

After going through a lot of reviews and even consumer reports I ended up buying the whirlpool duet steam 7.4 front loader last month and have been very happy. I haven't had any problems, but I do put the control lock on while clothes are being washed because the control panel is very sensitive. And the tumble fresh 6 hour feature is the best for anybody who can forget to take clothes out of the washing machine and not have to rewash them. This machine is heavier and longer than my old washer. I put furniture movers under it so I can move them without any help to clean floors. If you have the room I would recommend this very quiet duet.

I am so happy with my new Whirlpool Duet dryer. It has wonderful features, and the best part is that I was able to get it stacked on top of my new Whirlpool Duet washer, as my space is small.

I bought this dryer a month ago and I love it it senses how wet the clothes are n adds or subtracts the time. It also tells you when its done with a signal. Easy to use. Fits right into the space I needed. Very great product!!!!!!

Best Whirlpool dryer since The Nineteen Hundred Corporation

This dryer is without a doubt one of the quietest. It offers a wide selection of control options; the controls have an intuitive design and an infinite number of settings. Its use of electricity for all settings is optimized. It is very efficient!

So quiet! Love it!

We bought this dryer about 3 months ago. So far I really love it! It's very quiet. I wish it had a static release setting, but the wrinkle release system is great! I've had no problems with it so far. The door is reversible, although it didn't come with instructions on how to reverse the door. We did find instructions online however, and were able to successfully reverse the door!

I have not purchased a dryer for about twenty years and I was pleasantly pleased with this dryer. It is quiet, it drys in less time and the clothes mostly do not need pressing when taken out. I love it.

Does a Good Job

Once I learned how to operate this dryer, I have been very happy with it. It does a great job with the clothes and I especially like the steamer setting to reduce wrinkles. The only thing I don't like is that the controls are way too sensitive to touch. Even the slightest touch of just a garment being folder will cause the dryer to go off or on.
