Bought a new Duet Steam front loading washer/dryer set a couple of months ago...and I wish I had done it sooner...! These machines are super! Very quiet and efficient, and I'm spending a lot less on water and detergent, etc than ever...and the clothes are cleaner and brighter, and aren't getting beat up and worn out like they were when using my older machines. Don't know why I didn't buy these sooner..!

Easy to use!

We have had this almost a year now and we love it. It is simple to operate and has all the functions you need. Not too loud. Only issue is the "check dryer vent" light always comes on and there is nothing blocking it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this dryer to go with the matching washer. It has a wonderful variety of settings. I chose this set because of the options that allowed for the proper washing and drying of cloth diapers.

I purchased this in March and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I had a very old washer and dryer and when I received an unexpected bonus, I knew exactly how I wanted to spend it. My mother had purchased this same model about 6 months ago after an exhausted amount of research and has loved it. I didn't hesitate or even shop around, just went straight to purchase her (this) model and I'm so glad I did.It's amazing how much cleaner everything comes out without any harsh wear and tear. I'm doing so much more laundry, but so much less pretreating, soaking, re-washing. I've seen no change in my water usage despite getting so much more laundry done. I actually stay caught up now!

My hubby purchased this for me...I absolutely love the steam feature! I have a tendency to get busy, not pull the clothes out of the dryer which end up severely wrinkled. Steam feature to the rescue...love it!
