I bought this set a week ago. It has been used constantly throughout the week with various loads. Every load has been super clean and smell so good! I didn't realize what I had been missing!

Steam option not as wrinkle free as I thought it would be.

It is easy to use, quiet, drys clothes well. I think the steam feature needs improving. Items come out wrinkled, most of my husbands work shirts are very wrinkled. I have tried various settings with the same results.

I have had my washer and dryer about 3 months ... love them. Love the controls except the touch on/off control is very sensitive, reaching over to the shelf above and brushing the control will turn machine on. Other than this very happy. My sister bought the same washer and dryer just one month ago and also is very happy.

Great Dryer

Had the dryer a couple week and love it. This is the first dryer where the clothes are done drying before the washer is finish with the next load.My wife loves the steam feature and uses it regularly. A real time saver.Really appreciate the Made in USA.Keep making great products.

I have never had such a beautiful set with so many amazing features. I love the large capacity and the steam feature of the dryer. They are easy to use and SO quiet!

It's been about two months since we purchased the Duet 7.4, and we are very pleased. It handles the largest of loads with ease. One characteristic I'm not thrilled about is the drying of large blankets. It tends to roll up the blanket--never had that experience with a dryer to this degree--and then the center is often somewhat damp, so I have to unroll it and re-dry for another 10-15. But all in all, we're very pleased with the dryer.
