Efficient washer and drier set

The larger capacity washer and drier are a welcomed appliance for a busy laundry household. Whether cleaning delicates, heavy towels, or work clothes this set proves to be an easy task for success.

We purchased this in January of this year along with the Duet dryer. I am speaking for my wife and myself as they were purchased under my name. Both met and exceeded our expectations. They not only work great, but look great as well.

Bought this washer 1 month ago. Got a great deal on it. Perfect drum/load size for family of 4. The steam function is great for sanitizing and getting whites bright. The clean washer setting and tumblefresh are fantasic. Highly recommended.

Washer helps me wash smarter

We bought this washer about 3 months ago and we have really enjoyed it so far. We like that the settings are based on the type of items (towels, delicates, normal, etc.) in the load. It helps me to know which setting to choose rather than choosing from cold-warm water, high-low spin, etc. The only thing we were disappointed about was the precision dispense concept. We thought this meant the washer would hold a reserve amount of detergent and would only use the amount needed for the load, however, this was not the case. However, overall, we are very satisfied

This product does a good job of cleaning

I have had difficulty adjusting from a top loading model to the front loading model. However, it has done a great job of cleaning, I believe it will be easier on my clothing and overall I am very satisfied with it.

The "soft touch" buttons are not very sensitive,

The "soft touch" buttons are not very sensitive, I have to hold them down to get them to operateIt is annoying to move clothes from the washer to the dryer, Clothes fall on the floor often.

Excellent machine!

I bought this 3 months ago, and have enjoyed using it. Pros of the machine include its high efficiency (and lower water use), washing quality, large capacity, and variety of settings (quick wash for an item or two, and washes customized for larger/bulky items like bedspreads). Cons of the machine include the fact that the door doesn't close as smoothly as it first did, and washing times can often run longer than the initial estimated duration depending on the weight of the load.Consumer Reports talks about what a great machine this is, and I agree. Worth the price and great for anyone from an individual to a larger family!
