This is my first new set in over 20 years. I did quite alot of research before deciding on the Duet's.I have to say that I'm very impressed. They are so quite, yet clean so much better than the Maytag I had. We live in the county and raise horses, have a garden and my husband works on everything including large industrial equipment, so our cloths can get mighty dirty.This set of Duet's has given new life to our clothes. I couldn't be happy.I would highly recommend theses to anyone wanting a great set.Hope

This product surprised me at the many features offered and ease of use is wonderful. I have always enjoyed the quality of this brand and am so pleased with this model. I had a whirlpool set but moved and didn't have the right connections so bought this new set and sold the other one to a friend. After 13 years, my friend says they work like new an clean better than anything they had used before. My new set work even better and cleaning and are more energy efficient and easier to program. Whirlpool has been a great experience for us.

Overall a good product.

Although I can't speak to reliability since I only have owned it for less than 1 year, so far, no problems. Like the large capacity drum -- cuts drying time. Steam function not as great as I thought. Don't use it quite as much as I thought I would. When I do, it doesn't remove wrinkles well. Other than that, a good product. Have it with matching washer. Good set, but pricey.
