I bought the set at a thrift store used. Hooked them up and,wow! These are quality machines. I had no problems,lucky. So many options and my clothes come out better than they ever have. Good job Whirlpool!

I love my new washer; I do keep the door open because I had heard that water trapped in the door can make it musty but it's not a problem to leave it slightly ajar. My clothes are clean, my dryer time is shorter because the spinning cycle is great. It is still new but I'm very happy. There is a model that determines how much soap to dispense and I can see why that is a great idea because I'm just not as comfortable with how much soap to put in based on how full a load it is (with my old top washer, I could figure that out). All in all, I'm very pleased! We did purchase a pedestal and I'm glad we did.

We bought the washer and its duet dryer about two months ago. We love their simplicity, quietness, quality of the wash, and friendly look. I couldn't expect more.

The Whirlpool steam front loading washing machine does a very good job at cleaning clothes, and the capacity of the washer is excellent. I did find the controls a little confusing, but I have been able to adjust to them. It would be nice if there were a tub light like in the dryer. The sound and vibration reduction engineering is excellent.

I love my new washer and dryer. It is so quiet, and the clothes come out of the washer barely damp, so the drying time is minimal.

I am happy with having switched to a front-loader. The pedestals are pricey, but make it nice that we do not have to bend over so far. The controls are easy to understand, and the clothes come out clean.

This Whirlpool washer is replacing a Maytag. We are so please that we made the decision to purchase Whirlpool was not a mistake in any way.This washer is so easy to use and quiet too. Have seen other appliances in friends homes, they do not come close to the Whirlpool Duet.Love the storage drawer is nice too, easy access to put clothes in and out.
