Uses way less water than old washer, cleans clothes well, dr

Overall we have been very satisfied with our washer. Our water bill has been cut in half because it uses so much less water. Our electric bill has also decreased because the washer is very efficient in spinning the water out of the laundry, reducing dry times. With the reduction of our energy costs this washer will pay for itself in a little over two years time. It also is large capacity, fitting our king size comforter without the fear of tearing up the washer or the comforter, and also increasing the size of regular laundry loads means i am not doing laundry as often.Dislikes that we have - that sometimes the washer does not fully dissolve the laundry detergent packs (have tried several brands, all for he machines) and -that the touch panel can be overly sensitive (just brushing against the washer can change the settings if I don't use the settings lock).Overall this has been a great investment for us. I would recommend to a friend.

Excellent washer

My old one I bought 10 years ago and spent very limited in repairs cost that's why I bought again with confidence and this new one has so much option and great features.

Love my new washer

Purchased this from a benefit auction so didn't comparison shop. It was an upgrade from our old Whirlpool washer that was working just fine. I love the ease of operation. The clothes look and smell cleaner. I am very pleased with this washer.

Love how much more quiet it is

I bought this because my 5year old whirlpool died, I was very sad as I paid a lot for it and it didn't last. But I have all whirlpool appliances so I am taking the chance this will be good... So far so good better with new drive

Great appliance with excellent performance and quiet operation. If only the direction of the door opening could be changed by the customer request, this washer would be perfect.

Recently purchased this model. It was my first front loading washer. It was hard to spend so much on a washer, but it works so much better than any other washer I've had. I actually enjoy using it because of all the features and the alarm tones are so pleasant compared to others!

Unfortunately our laundry room is very close to our family room and we are amazed how quiet these machines are and how we'll they wash and dry clothes.
