Love this machine

This washer has been a wonderful upgrade from the terrible front load machine I owned previously. It cleans clothes very well and has a good variety of options. Using all the features is easy to do.

Not so much the machine as the service. I had a problem with a two year old washing machine and that problem has been solved satisfactorily

We bought this washer 8 months ago as our old washer was not up to the challenge of laundry for a five-person household with 3 kids under the age of six. This washer cleans really well, efficiently, and quietly. Has good functionality and features and is easy to use. Very pleased with purchase so far.

I love my new washer! When I use the quick wash feature, it only takes 26 minutes to complete the cycle and the clothes come out dryer than in my old machine so it takes less time and energy to dry them. Once a week I wash nasty deli towels and I can wash twice as many as in my old washer and they come out cleaner. However, this cycle takes 2 hours and 30 minutes. The length of a cycle depends on the settings you use and a cycle can be very long. I have also washed my precious down comforters, pillows and jackets and they come out clean and undamaged. I also like the smooth top which I can use for folding clothes. It was very easy to learn to use and I haven't found anything about it that I don't like. I recommended it to a friend who was buying a new washer and she loves hers, too.

Really like this washer... much better than the top load units we had before... Only issue is cloths falling on the floor when pulling out and transferring to dryer.
