I've already had the detergent drawer replaced once, but the detergent still leaks out as soon as it gets put in, before the power is on or load is started. Makes a mess if you have to add something and I know the detergent is supposed to flush into the bin WITH the water. POOR design.Also, can't speed up a cycle. A program is a set program, but one size doesn't fit all. NICE looking machine for all that's worth.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall, I like this washer. However, anytime I wash a rug or only a few items, they get hung up on one side of the washer and the washer runs the "sensing" feature over and over and over and the item never drains or wrings out. I then have to take it out and hang it up or wring it out by hand. Very frustrating.

Excellant Cleaning !

This is a really great washer. It does a excellent job cleaning my clothing. This is my first steam pair so Im anxious to learn to use them correctly. So far its been really easy and they both do a great job! It could be just a little less noisy. Its not real bad but it is noticeable when it spins.

Works great, time will tell how long they last. I wish we did not need to drop in those cleaning tablets to take care of the mildew smell. Other than that they are very nice units.
