This is great for my family with severe dust & environmental

I love this washer/dryer! My kids have severe dust and environmental allergies and I do A LOT of laundry. I use the allergen cycle for sheets and towels. It was a good buy and I'd purchase it again. My only complaint is with all front loaders?the gunk that needs to be wiped out from the seal.

Absolutely LOVE my Whirlpool Duet!

I purchased the Whirlpool Duet steam dryer along with the matching wash machine. This is my first front loader pair and I couldn't be happier. Several friends recommended them but I still looked at other options. I am thrilled with my choice. Works great, easy to use, quiet, and efficient. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this product.

so easy to use

I've had the washer/dryer stacking set for 4 months now. Although the clothes come out nice and dry, more often then not, my king sheet sets get tangled up into a twisted tight ball that takes muscle to seperate. The inside of this tangle is still wet so I have to dry parts of the load individually.

The controls are easy to understand and use. I just put the clothes in, choose the setting, and later on, all the clothes are dry. The steam setting for use when I have not removed the clothes promptly is a nice feature to reduce the wrinkling.

A washer that helps me wash smarter

We purchased this washer about 3 months ago and have really been enjoying it. I like that the wash settings relate to the kinds of items in the load. It really helps me to choose which settings is best (As opposed to cold-warm/high-low spin/etc.). The only thing that we were disappointed about was the "precision dispense" concept. We thought this would me that the washer would hold a reserve volume of detergent and softener and would distribute only the amount needed for the load you put in it. Unfortunately, this is not the case. However, overall, we are very satisfied.

Amazing!!!

I just love this washer and dryer set! Our old pair died, and when researching through the internet and consumer reports, this set was top rated. I have no complaints and am just amazed at how quiet this set is...our laundry room is upstairs and you can hardly hear it downstairs. Unlike our old washer and dryer that walked all over the laundry room! I bought the extra large capacity set and this is such a nice feature! I can now fit 3 loads of bath towels into one load, and am also able to wash my king sized comforter. This set also spins clothes very dry in the washer, and clothes dry in the dryer so quickly! The only thing I wish this set had is a light in the washer when you open the door like how the dryer does. Overall best purchase ever though!
