WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS DRYER IS THAT IT IS EXTREMELY QUITE AND DRIES EVERYTHING VERY FAST. THE STEAM FEATURE IS EXCELLENT FOR REFRESHING SWEATERS AND GARMENTS THAT DO NOT REALLY NEED A WASH BUT THEY ARE NOT TOTALLY FRESH

Whirlpool duet dryer

I love all the settings this dryer offers. I rarely hang clothes to dry anymore. The dryer is quiet and has a pleasant alert when the cycle is completed. The steam cycle is great to quickly take out wrinkles

Great Features

Bought a new house and updated to this dryer. I am so happy that I did. It holds a ton of clothes, and dries very fast. It has many features that cut drying time in half for me and also has a steam feature that refreshes clothes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Digital and Appliances are a stupid idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I understand why companies have gone to digital with appliances it is the single biggest complaint I have about all of them. This one is no different. I don't want an appliance that thinks for itself. Case in point. If you set the dryer to dry a load and let it monitor itself for moisture(part of the energy efficiency programming) they often won't get dry. A dryer that won't dry clothes is an engineering and design fail. For the most part you have to set the dryer to a set time and by pass all of the energy efficiency settings for it to be a slam dunk. And I know what will be the first thing to fail on this unit...the circuit board or control unit that controls all functions. My last dryer lasted about 30 years, I expect this thing to last about 10 at the most. Digital sucks...analogue is king in appliances. This unit is in my business and will be used several times a day for towels only so it will be interesting to see how it last over the long haul. I bought it not because I had a choice but rather it was one of the only units at the store they had in stock, my choice would have been no frills. I would never recommend any appliance with digital or computer control functions, but try finding one in modern times without.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
