I absolutely love my phone. I don't have any problems and its fairly easy to operate. Everyday I run across something I can do differently or new features so I really love that. As long as Samsung will continue making exceptional products I'll keep buying.
There are too many icons and/or Apps. It is not user friendly.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good but

It started out great but I was soon plagued with issues. Lags, freezing, apps not loading right. Loved that it was waterproof and I had to drop it over 100 times before it cracked. The signal was poor and the camera was not good. The phone lasted about year. Switched to the one plus and have come back screaming, "I'm sorry Samsung, I'm sorry! I'll never leave you again!" Trying the edge next. I never learn.
Pros: Durable, Realistic color, waterproof
Cons: Poor quality, only lasted a year before it started failing
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good phone, bad GPS

I used this phone for about a year. I was having problems with my GPS quitting while using Google Maps. I had to turn the GPS off and then back on again to get it to find my location as I was traveling. I took it to my provider and they suggested uninstalling certain apps. I did this but it still didn't fix it. So, I reset the phone and it still gave me issues. About the time I grew tired of the issue, the S5 Active came out, so I bought that and have not had any GPS issues since.
It is a great phone! The only issue I had was the GPS.
Physical buttons keep turning on the phone to emergency dialer when PIN code is employed. I have called 911 several times and this is just not good, so unfortunately I have to turn off my PIN security and I am using a app from the Google Play store to have some decent security. Otherwise the phone has worked well thus far.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: physical buttons
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung has installed way to many unused appt that consumes so much battery, that I need to charge at least twice a day. Replaced the battery after only 6 months of use, thinking it might be the battery not holding a charge. Not the case, its the phone.
