I received this product as a gift from my son to help with asthma related issues. I have found it to be a great product for keeping the air in my bedroom cleaner and helping me rest.

this product along with the plant life I keep in the home give me peace of mind know that the air I am breathing is clean
Pros: cleanliness
Cons: filter must be replaced and are expensive im guess

Quiet and Efficient

I purchased this HEPA filter to replace a filter that died after 2 years of constant use. This AeroMax 200 filter has already paid for itself. It cleans the air well and is quiet, unlike the jet engine one I previously had. It even signals when it's detecting pollutants. The first night I cooked dinner with it on, it immediately signaled there was a change in the air of our home--two rooms away from the kitchen. That's serious sensitivity. My husband has allergies and got up the next morning without a stuffy nose. Amazing!
Pros: quiet, efficient, cleans the air well, helps eliminate cooking odors, helps with allergy symptoms, vent on top pivots to direct air
Cons: it wobbles just a little while on, can't turn off the ionizer

I made a detailed research before buying an air purifier including all scientific literature. What I found is this machine as close to as optimum since it carries the most required two filter types (true hepa-carbon) and work extremely well with an attractive price. totally recommended

Quiet and easy to use

I bought several air purifiers (AearaMax 300/200/90, 2 Vava) for our house to keep the air clean during pollen / dry (dusty) and wild fire seasons here in CA. I just got it while the air quality in the bay area is RED (unhealthy) due to the NoCal wild fires. We kept the windows closed and I just had changed the furnace filter (3M 1900 MPR Max), but the bad air outside coming into the house can't be filtered with just this one filter. After adding the air purifiers we felt a noticeable reduction in our sinus / allergy symptoms within a couple of days. I keep the air purifiers running 24/7 in auto mode while we have this bad air situation. The AeraMax 200 is running in my wife's treatment room. It is running very quiet in auto mode. She noticed right away that the room smelled cleaner between patients. She also noticed less allergy / irritation symptoms when treating patients who may use certain deodorants/perfumes. We'll see how the unit performs and how many times we have to change the filters as she is planning to run it all day during her business hours (16/7).
Pros: side intake allows placement close to wall, easy to use
Cons: ionizer is on by default, no timer option

Very disappointed

I had the aero max 200 for about 10 months. Very frustrating to press button after changing carbon filter. Every time have tried a least few times. This time isn the forth time nothing is happening even tried two fingers, it beeps but the carbon light dies not change
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
