The best deep fryer I have owned

The French fries were so crispy and not greasy at all. Overall the best fries ever. Same with the fried chicken, nice and crispy but not greasy.

Ultimate deep fryer

This was a replacement to our old beat up deep fryer. Right out of the box I was pleasantly surprised at the size and design. My old one had problems with the cord staying attached which caused heating problems, but use of the was so easy. After the first use, the T-Fal deep fryer won me over, it made me wish I would have purchased this long ago. Its easy to use and the food taste awesome. My brother loves fried foods and I recommended this deep fryer to him. Since then he has stopped by and tried the food and plans on picking one up himself.

Easy to use to make yummy food!

I will start by saying that I've never used a deep fryer before. I have always just filled up a frying pan to fry. So I don't have another deep fryer to compare to. However, after reading different reviews on fryers and their frustrations, I can tell that this is a great one! Very easy to set up and use (except I was confused about the handle on the fryer basket, the instructions seemed wrong. But my smart hubby figured it out). Once set up, the oil heated faster than I expected, probably 5 minutes. I'm not sure about how accurate the temperature settings are, since I didn't have a thermometer. But the first food I fried (cauliflower breaded with Parmesan cheese- I'm a low carber) cooked much faster than the recipe I followed. There is trial and error for newbies like me! After frying, the oil filtering was amazing. It filtered it into a Tupperware-like container that doesn't leak and can be stored for future use. One thing to mention is I wished it had a scoped or spoon to get the food out when not using the basket. Tongs worked ok. Overall easy and mess free! Can't wait to have some fun with this! *I attached a picture I took during frying. One batch of cauliflower was too wet and the breadinf didn't stick enough, and it made the oil foam. But the picture shows the size anyways!

Excellent little fryer!

I wanted to use this a few times before reviewing but I have no complaints! Super easy to use and cooks very quickly. Easy cleanup and easy settings for use. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes to fry.

great and efficient product

I received this T-Fal grill approximately 3 weeks ago and I have cooked with it almost everyday. My family enjoys the recipes that are in the instructional handbook. Our meals are prepared to perfection and it give a beautiful grill mark.

Easy and convenient

I have used it for a variety of things now: shrimp, French fries, pickles, chicken nuggets. All cooked according to the recommendations in the material that came with it. And it is awesome!

This is a very nice little fryer! It works great and stows easily. Also - it is very easy to use. It does the trick for small sides and portions. Overall, this product has my families approval!

Heat recovery is a little bit slow. Overall though it is a nice unit. The no splatter design is a nice feature.
