Follow up on microwave

I sent a review days prior stating how I was unhappy that our new microwave was not working the day it was delivered.We had ge serviceman come out....microwave could not be fixed.He showed us that the microwave was damaged..most likely dropped before installation. So this was the appliance store fault...we will be getting a new one.We had ge microwave for 10 years before, and that's why we bought another ge.So I apologize to ge..not their fault.
