Good practical microwave.

I purchased this unit about two months ago and have been using it every day. I selected this model to approximate the features and appearance of a previous GE model that had failed after 14 years.
This model meets my expectations very nicely and has been working well. I do have one minor issue that I haven't addressed with Customer Service yet. The turntable exhibits slight hesitation or jerkiness with a weight of 15 ounces or more. I 'm sure that this can be corrected easily.
All in all, I'm very happy with the unit's appearance and it's operation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We replaced another brand that was supposed to have great features but failed. The GE offers a good value. intuitive controls, and the features we needed. The only complaint is that the beverage sensor is not as good as the one on the other brand.

We bought this to replace our old one. The only problem we have is the light. It is located at the back of the microwave and doesn't shine on the eyes of the stove which makes it hard to see what your are cooking. The old one had lights over the eyes of the stove. Please redesign this product.
