I bought this microwave to replace the one that came with my home. It was as close as I could get to a direct replacement. My first one died after four years, so I hope this one will last longer. So far it meets all of my expectations.

Great Look!

We don't really use the microwave too much, so we went with exterior look over everything. Being that this is a GE appliance I expected nothing more than greatness! It heats of foods well, and the overall appearance over the range is beautiful!

I had problems installing one of the set screws. Luckily I was replacing an older GE unit with this one and was able to use a screw from the replaced model. Also to make things easy the new unit matched up exactly with the old units mounting and nothing new needed to be done.

Does what we need, looks good

Had this microwave for two months now. Works well. Heats food well. Looks good. Night light setting is nice. Only issue is the turn table makes a wobbling noise, which it shouldn't.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great products and support

I received this above the range microwave as a Christmas gift. Two weeks later It developed a problem (a magnet had been cracked in transit and eventually broke). Unaware of the problem, my first reaction was one of frustration and disrepair of having to uninstall, pack it up, and return it. Upon calling GE service, I was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding support The technicians had it fixed in 2 quick visits (because the part had to be ordered) at no cost to me both financially and physically. Since then the microwave has been awesome. I will recommend this and any GE appliance from now on.

Like the microwave, lots of problems with delivery

The product is good, but the delivery and install was a huge problem. The "professional" installers didn't know how to install it properly, put it in slanted and had to have someone come out to reinstall it. They also caused damage to my cabinet and floor.

Bought stove 2 months ago and we have had to replace the oven light twice already. It must have a short in the wiring. Looks like we are going to have to do that every month. Not happy about that.
