I'm not happy with the pad in general because I have trouble pushing things like ie: start , I have to push its few times ? Also the rack isn't very strong unlike the one I had in the. Whirlpool microwave .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great microwave

Have been using this microwave for 1 month now. Overall, we are happy with it. We would like the ability to push the "add 30 second" multiple times to cook something for 1 minute instead of having to push "cook time", "6" "0" "start". Also, the ventilation fan that is to be used while using the stove top is not very functional.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Computer board bad

Within one week it was non working - bad computer board. Loved the product initially so perhaps this was an exception to the rule.

I bought this as a replacement for the over the range that was built in the house when I bought it. It fit perfectly. The only problem, you can only use 100% power versus the 50% or 75% that are sometimes needed.
