Had to get it fixed when brand new

It's a great microwave. The only thing that's weird is that it makes a weird humming noise when I use it.

The microwave was purchased in December 2014 I think. Key pad went out a few weeks ago but the repair man will be here tomorrow to install the new parts that arrived. In the mail.

I just got this microwave recently but I already love it. It looks fabulous and has a great amount of settings/features. I especially love the auto-detect feature that will shut off if your food is getting too hot. I also like the option of using the turntable and/or the top rack, depending on what I'm heating up. Not excessively noisy either, great purchase overall.

GREAT FEATURES

Just bought product to replace an existing GE Spacemaker model of which I was not the original purchaser. I considered other brands due to a few negative comments in reviews but after much research only the GE had all the features I wanted. I had to select from a picture which did not give justice to the actual appearance. I am more than happy and hope it gives me good service long after the warrantee is up. For peace of mind I did take an extended warrantee.

Microwave Rack is not worth the room it takes up.

There is no comparison of this microwave to the former GE microwave we previously had that we loved. Shelf is super thin and does not support much of anything.
