We've had two prior spacemakers over the years...they were well made, reasonably priced and lasted a long time (10 yrs) considering the location and constant use of these ovens. Each new one is a delight in improvements. I love the quieter vent fan, easier door pull and all the features that the prior ones had plus a couple new things. I never use the cooking rack but there are two levels on which to choose from now.
Ours came from a large box store and arrived in perfect condition.

This was a replacement for a similar GE that I had for 10 years. Wanted the replacement to fix into the exact space so we didn't have to redo any of the ceramic tile. Fit perfectly. Works nicely, the only thing I don't like is the metal rack is so low that you have to take it out as you can't really fit anything on the turntable with the rack in. The bracket spacing is not adjustable. My previous model had to 2 bracket levels and I could put the rack up high enough to make the turntable completely functional with the rack in. I did read in the instructions, however, the the metal racks are not really meant to be left in the microwave unless using the rack. Interesting. Anyway, works good and nice unit for the price.

I purchased another brand Microwave and it worked for 3 week when I returned it i was able to purchase this one which worked 100% better right from the start very easy to used and heats everything perfectly
