Great fetures, but loud rumbling noise

I bought this a month ago and love the looks and the features it has, but just last week it has starts to make loud rumbling noises and hasn't stop. I really like je products, so I hope its just a misshape.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor communication of feature

The automatic activation and operation of the vent fan due to heat from the stove top below without an override capability is a significant problem. Noise from the continued fan operation for several minutes makes subsequent dining in the kitchen area intolerable. If we had known of this feature we would have never purchased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My new microwave is terrific. Nice easy to read menu and many great features that make is very versatile. I use it daily to cook dinner, defrost meat and re-heat cold coffee. Very easy to install and so simple to clean. Love the two setting night light feature!! Very happy that I purchased this!!!

This over the stove microwave looks great. It has excellent fit and finish, and looks more expensive than it is. It works well, just like every GE product I've ever owned.
