Great Microwave

I bought this for my new house and couldn't be happier. It heats quickly and evenly. I love the one-touch start and the timer. If I have a complaint it would be the loudness of the vent. There are time I have turned it off because I find the noise bothersome. It is the reason I am giving this product 4 stars, otherwise I love it.

This is great it installed using old GE Profile microwave bracket, Holes were different in top of cabinet :-(

Love the intuitive touchpad for operation! I also appreciate the dark gray interior - less likely to look grungy so quickly, like my 2003 Profile model.

Turntable does not turn.

The microwave system and controls work just fine. However the turntable will turn only with a very light load, e.g. coffee cup. When placing a larger item into the cavity and engaging control the turntable will not rotate. Upon closer examination the drive system is turning but the drive lug that engages the glass turntable sits too low or has the incorrect plastic part and just slips under the plate without turning. Poor quality control at the factory to miss this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
