My original unit was accidently damaged by a home contractor. Of course they offered to replace my damaged microwave. This unit was available with the right functions. The look, ease of use and adequate functions fits my needs. Thanks GE!

Nothing but trouble

We have had this unit for right over two years and have had nothing but trouble from day 1! Of course the builder swears this is the best model out there but I do not concur. I would NOT recommend this or any other GE product for that matter.

Parts to repair the keypad in this microwave are almost as much as a new microwave. Disgusted and am changing brand loyalty from GE. Not throwing any more money at this lemon!
