Have had since Dec '14 and love it! The 30 second feature is used often. Easy to clean and smart looking.

This unit is everything I wished for and more. It was a snap to install. I only wish the various manufacturers would get together and make a standard-generic mounting system so I wouldn't get so many holes in my cabnet and wall.

I'm not happy with the pad in general because I have trouble pushing things like ie: start , I have to push its few times ? Also the rack isn't very strong unlike the one I had in the. Whirlpool microwave .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Computer board bad

Within one week it was non working - bad computer board. Loved the product initially so perhaps this was an exception to the rule.
