I bought this unit and it was installed 12 Dec 2014. Whjle using the reheat setting, I can hear a noise like the rack vibrating although the rack is not in the unit at time of operation. Other than this, it is a good unit.I will call this problem in.

Easy to install. Two person. Light weight. Just replaced old microwave and excited to explore all reheat/defrost/etc.. features. In reading all reviews prior to purchase, a lot of comments on noise. No different than the one I had before so I have no issues with beeps.

Reasonable price, easy control panel, vent and light work great. Plenty of room for larger plates and pans. Rack included for cooking multiple items when needed. Simple look complements our other black kitchen appliances.
